It has production and sales capabilities in North America. 現職於美國永信藥品, 成立於1990年,系台灣永信藥品工業股份有限公司之關係企業之一。CTI完全按照cGMP的要求生產安全有效的藥物錠劑和膠囊 處方藥，在北美洲擁有生產和銷售能力。

Dr. Wang is a technology entrepreneur and community builder operating across the Pacific Rim, with focus on Taiwan and the US. He received a mix of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Biology, all from Stanford University, and PhD in AI / Neuroscience from UC San Diego and the Salk Institute. He has founded various startups, and has helped create or staffed various startup incubators / accelerators / studios and coworking centers throughout the world. He is also a board member of the Convoy District Partnership, which oversees commercial development of Kearny Mesa, San Diego, and is also on the board of Startup San Diego, the premier startup support organization in the region.

Martha currently works at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s La Jolla (San Diego) office.

黃莉莉1987年搬至聖地牙哥，1989年自行創業。1991年先生, 薛鎮陽, 辭去Sony公司的工作一起加入，並到洛杉磯開設分公司，銷售電腦硬體設備。並於1998年公司自行開發製造衛星定位系統的車隊管理。她因而獲得海外創業楷模獎。自1995年起她參與海外華人社團的服務至今。她目前是擔任中華民國僑務委員會僑務諮詢委員，以及聖地牙哥科工會理事（第10任及14任會長）、聖地牙哥台灣商會理事會及其他三個台灣僑團的理事。Lily Huang moved to San Diego in 1987 and started her own business in 1989. In 1991, her husband, Jimmy Shieh, quit his job at Sony to join her and open a branch in Los Angeles to sell computer hardware. In 1998, the company developed and manufactured its own satellite positioning system for fleet management. She has won the Overseas Entrepreneurship Model Award. She has been serving the overseas Chinese community since 1995. She is currently serves as Senior Advisor of Overseas Community Affairs Council, ROC Taiwan. She also serves as a director of the San Diego Chinese American Science and Engineering Association (and the 10th and 14th president), as well as a director of the San Diego Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and three other Taiwanese organizations.

Steve Hsieh has been living in San Diego since 1986 and worked in the areas of software engineering and later founded his company for real estate investments and management in North County area. Since 2000, Steve has been serving on the boards of various organizations, and currently serves as commissioner of OCAC, ROC Taiwan and board member of Commission on Police Practices appointed by the Mayor of San Diego. 居住聖地牙哥三十多年，從事電腦軟體開發及經營房地產投資及物業管理公司，並長期參與地方社團及主流活動。現任僑務委員會僑務委員，聖地牙哥市長任命警察勤務委員會委員。

After graduation from college, I came to the USA to study MBA. Luckily I was able to find a job in Peninsula Bank of San Diego which later became part of US Bank. Before landing a job in the beautiful city of San Diego, I knew nothing about San Diego.
I retired in 2019 from the banking field after 40 years of financial service. Trying to keep myself occupied, I started my own real estate company, Westwood Premier Realty. A few years ago I rejuvenated TCCSD along with a few other long-time members after TCCSD was inactive for over ten years when Taiwanese business owners number was in decline. Currently, I am also serving as an Advisor of the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) --僑務顧問.

In recent years, Yuan retired from the gaming industry and has diversified his expertise to focus on artificial intelligence, blockchain, healthtech, and industrial energy projects. He has a particular focus on the US and Asian markets and is highly skilled in
leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, architecture, and go to market for frontier tech.
